Yeah, well you know what? I really appreciated! I understood what he meant when, after coughing up my lungs, I felt lighter, taken with a sweet satisfaction from having worked out, it was new to me!
It was not after that I started to do weight training, at the university, there was a room reserved for students. I didn't learn much but the heart was there!
And then I started doing it in a club, and that's where everything really changed, I became addicted to bodybuilding! By observing others stronger and more experienced than me, with the advice of the coach present, I was able to evolve at my own pace and know a lot more about bodybuilding, muscles and especially diet! I didn't even realize that what I ate had a lot to do with my body's appearance and my performance ...
So I really took things in hand by educating myself on bodybuilding techniques, exercises, muscle styles, physique, intensification methods, diet, protein, rest, etc., a lot of tutorials, videos, reading helped me to forge a real knowledge of the world of fitness and diet!
Little by little, my body changed thanks to the practice of bodybuilding, I saw my pectorals thicker, my arms stronger, my thighs more defined, my back more resistant and powerful, what satisfaction! This motivates even more to improve, to go even further!
Several men asked me for little advice to build muscle, women also asked me for advice on losing weight, I advised them with joy, and I realized that I could seriously build them bodybuilding, diet and weight loss programs. long-term well-being!
And all this is in line with my function of photographer, loving sport, I can help women to feel better in their body, to build muscles as they wish, to find themselves more beautiful in the mirror, whatever they are. model or not.
