"Honestly, I am not a fan of simple "report" style photos, but I particularly enjoy putting a city or place in an artistic way. A bench in a garden in black and white, the luminous wires of car headlights on a road, all this can be the object of an art photograph for an exhibition in a gallery, an enlargement for a company , a personal gift for your living room or a surprise to a friend. To find beautiful places to photograph in a city, I like to stroll through my feelings, if I have not spotted a place by chance before. It may also be that I was simply told of a nice square, an interesting building. I really like the stairs!
My city urban planning photo experience...
During my artistic expedition to take town and city photography, I had the privilege of photographing in the Lille Europe station in Lille 59. It was fine and the light was adequate, only ... There was a crazy world! I had to wait several and long minutes to photograph some places in Lille Europe without anyone there, or just a person on the right side, as I wanted. So I had to be patient to be able to take beautiful town and city photos that day.
